Kat sini ana letak bebrapa jenis chocolate ganache special untuk tatapan kak shidah....yang ana selalu guna tanya angah...SURPRISE...

A) 150ml Whipping Cream
     350g Cooking Chocolateole
     (masak cara double boiler)

B) 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
     3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
     3 tbsp Cocoa
     1 tsp Nescafe
     50g of Butter
     (mixed all ingredients together except butter, in a pan and double boiler till thick. Add in butter and stir      
      well and pour over the cake)

C) 60g Cooking Chocolate
     1 tsp Nescafe (Sieve)
     1/8 Whipping Cream
     (melted chocolate add in Nescafe then the cream, beat till smooth)

D) 150g Cooking Chocolate
     1 tbsp Susu pekat
     1/4 cup boiling water
     (double bolier till thick)
